Jordan Exports’ Technical Support Specialist is a qualified professional and exports and trading specialist with over eight years of experience in planning and managing activities and projects related to industrial, economic, and competitiveness development for small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). 

After a successful long-standing career at Zarqa Chamber of Industry, Walaa is now supporting Jordan Exports’ vision by employing her technical skills and expertise in logistics management, energy-saving measures, energy management, renewable energy systems, monitoring, evaluation, reporting, event planning, fundraising, SME and exporter communication and support, trading services, and market research.  

She has worked in successful services, campaigns, and initiatives to foster Jordan’s business development and growth, such as incubation and innovation support services for SMEs and startups, developing policies and strategies, and connecting industries and businesses with universities and the research sector to promote technology transfers. 

Passionate about SME development and its role in society, Walaa hopes to be an active player in Jordan’s economic growth and development by supporting Jordan Exports and its mission. 

A 2012 graduate of the Hashemite University with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Walaa also holds certificates in industrial policies, economic and financial analysis and statistics, and is a certified Expert on Trade Services.
