On Ground Export Readiness Assessment

Overall Goal:

The Export Readiness Assessment’s primary goal is to assess Jordan’s existing export services and identify demand-driven export-related services. This goal will be achieved through desk research to help companies grow their market beyond national borders, reach large-scale international markets, and enhance brand recognition and assets. In other words, when companies want to export, they need to define exporting as an objective within the company’s overall planning since exports may demand investments in production capacity, increasing product variety and quality, and customization to match market needs and requirements. Hence, Jordan Exports identifies and evaluates gap areas for Jordanian companies to improve and strengthen export-related activities to stimulate economic growth.

Objectives:

• Introduce new international best practices
• Improve, organize, and develop SMEs
• Open new export horizons for construction, technology, and services, including consulting services
• Enable and strengthen investor partnerships to access global markets and create an Arab construction sector armed with science and technology.
