A seasoned professional with 16 years of experience and a strong background in project management, SME development, export development, and economic growth, Majd is the Senior Export Acceleration Manager at Jordan Exports.  

As a senior manager at Jordan Exports, Majd has brought her keen business acumen and sharp analytical skills as an engineer and manager. She has worked in SME development, economic growth, and exports, assisting companies to increase competitiveness, e-commerce capabilities, marketing practices, and exploring new markets. She also worked as a senior technical advisor and consultant to the top management of high-profile public and private organizations, namely local and international chambers of commerce, INGOs, USAID, World Bank, EU, JICA, ministries, and more. 

Majd is celebrated as a natural leader, a forward thinker, and a pragmatic and sensible manager. She is passionate about assisting SMEs because of their impact on economic growth and improving people’s lives. At Jordan Exports, Majd aspires to lead and contribute to initiatives that can change the Jordanian economic scenario, employing an efficient management leadership culture and supporting Jordan Exports’ mission in realizing the vision of a sustainable future. 

A graduate of the Hashemite University with a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering (2005), Majd is a certified EFQM Assessor—King Abdullah II Award for Excellence, a certified KAIZEN advisor—JICA, and holds a diploma in engineering management from the University of Jordan. 

Majd has also completed distinguished local and international certifications and training courses in exports, marketing, finance, and business development in Japan, the EU, and Cyprus.
