The IT Manager at Jordan Exports has over 16 years of extensive experience in ERP and HMIS solutions and managing software and hardware systems for large installations and applications, higher education, and health care. At Jordan Exports, he oversees all equipment and IT infrastructure, such as network, servers, workstations, and developing applications and software for all departments.  

His experience in managing large IT systems has given him the skills to tackle the most challenging corporate management issues, such as integrating systems with minimal downtime and disruption. Mr. Abuatih has worked at high-profile companies and organizations in the MENA region: the Khafji Joined Operations Hospital (KSA), University of Buraimi (Oman), Galaxy International Group, Monitron International, and Al Raed Alarabi. 

A skilled programmer and systems administrator, Mr. Abuatih is known for his ability to work under pressure, keeping an unshakable focus and control to solve problems quickly and effectively. His most noteworthy project has been developing the complete IT system for the University of Buraimi in Oman. The system is still in use for its ease of use and efficiency. 

Khaled Abuatih holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Princess Sumaya University for Technology (1996). Currently, he is working towards a PMP® certificate. In addition, he has completed several courses and certifications in ERP, HMIS, and university infrastructure in Jordan and abroad.
