JORDAN EXPORTS staff took part a training workshop in August 2023 on Participatory Gender Auditing. With the support of the USAID Economic Reform Activity, we assessed the integration of gender perspectives within our organization, reaffirming our commitment to gender equality in the workplace and ensuring that gender equality is effectively incorporated into our policies, practices, and decision-making processes. The workshop was made possible with support from the USAID Economic Reform Activity.
