Amman, October 13-14, 2021: Jordan Exports Participates in a Workshop for an Inclusive Workplace.
 
A team from Jordan Exports participated in the second phase of the Stakeholder Capacity Building two-day workshop on women’s inclusion under the Launching Economic Achievement Program (LEAP) project funded by Global Affairs Canada and delivered by The Business and Professional Women – Amman.
 The workshop was HR-oriented and directed at executive-level participants to gain and share relevant knowledge on models, tools, and systems to increase women’s participation in the workforce. Moreover, the workshop raised awareness of barriers that hinder women’s inclusion. Several public and private sectors leaders attended the event.
Aware of the significant female contribution to the economy, Jordan Exports’ participants will transfer and apply the tools acquired to contribute to the women’s inclusion cause, hoping to set the example and lead the way for other Jordanian organizations.
