As the Export Acceleration Specialist at Jordan Exports, Zain Sultan has brought her expertise and extensive experience in working with international NGOs (INGOs) and networking and liaising with communities, authorities, decision-makers, businesses, and donors in Jordan and internationally. 

Zain has a strong background in social engagement, community outreach, organizational development, and capacity building. She organized, planned, and implemented training and capacity-building programs funded by high-profile organizations like the European Union. She considers her life mission to be in human development, social change, and sustainability, always aiming towards creating a positive and progressive atmosphere for the benefit of others.  

At Jordan Exports, Zain aspires to contribute to innovative programs and initiatives that produce the most impactful and long-lasting results. She believes that increasing Jordan’s international presence can be a catalyst for the betterment of Jordan’s economy and Jordanian society. 

Among her most impressive career achievements, Zain is most proud of her work in community outreach and capacity building programs at the Za’atari Camp in Jordan, training and coaching teachers and community leaders, and serving as the liaison between stakeholders and beneficiaries.  

Zain was the recipient of a Chevening Scholarship in 2017. She holds a master’s degree in Sustainability, Culture, and Development from Durham University (2018) and a bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Jordan (2013).
