Her professional experience includes local and international NGOs, international donors, and development organizations, namely USAID, Save the Children, Business and Professional Women in Amman (BPWA), Development Alternative Incorporated (DAI), and GIZ.

In charge of Jordan Exports‘ project management, Yosra brought her keen analytical skills, diverse professional experiences, and irrefutable work ethic. She is responsible for project planning, execution, strategies, and tools to assist Jordan Exports towards its mission of promoting Jordan’s businesses and exports.

Talented analyst, strategic thinker, and tireless pursuer of excellence can describe some of Yosra’s skills and competencies. She has assisted local and international organizations to work more efficiently and effectively. Her most impressive accomplishment was customizing and implementing the M&E process for a USAID Project as per USAID procedures and requirements. That made it possible for management and the technical team to access data to support their work efficiently. Besides, Yosra developed indicator guidelines that USAID requested as an example for other USAID projects.

Yosra is an enthusiastic advocate for M&E and how it can support and guide efforts in project management, fostering learning, growth, and progress in all areas of business and technical development. She currently volunteers with Peer-to-Peer Career Advisory, facilitating career guidance to young and emerging evaluators.

Yosra graduated with a master’s degree in International Development Management from the University of Westminster (2020) and a bachelor’s degree in Business Economy from the University of Jordan (2010).
