With 20 years of experience in managerial positions, Abeer has brought to Jordan Exports her unbeatable skills in talent management, project management, and corporate governance.

As an administration affairs manager, she is responsible for organizing, maintaining, hiring, procuring, and ensuring that Jordan Exports operates with the utmost efficiency and effectiveness. Abeer is also a role model for her multitasking, organization, communication, and time management skills, allowing her to excel at her diverse capacities while still delivering outstanding results. 

Among Abeer’s career highlights, establishing governance and management best practices are the most significant. Her role in top management has been pivotal in every position she has ever held. She has worked for several prestigious companies, such as MedGulf Insurance Company, Al Hamad Construction and Developments – Jordan Gate Project, the American Embassy in Jordan, and Professionals for Smart Technology (PST). 

Abeer is a member of the Arab Forum for Human Resources Management; she has completed several certifications and courses, such as International and Strategic Human Resource Management, HR Strategic Management during COVID, and SMEs Export Readiness Assessment Techniques. Abeer holds two bachelor’s degrees:  Business Administration from Jordan University and Management Information Systems from the Arab Open University; she also has a diploma in English literature.
